09 Account Suspension and Closure

Khirkiya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting khirkiya support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
